One of the most coveted places to live in Tennessee, you'll experience its local flavor, landmarks, and historic small towns.

Head down old Highway 100 for a stop at circa 1951 Loveless Cafe to visit their store or grab some made-from-scratch biscuits. Hop on the Natchez Trace Parkway, learn the lore of the old road, and cross the unusual Double Arch Bridge. Step into the quaint village of Leiper's Fork, so picturesque it's protected in The Land Trust for Tennessee. Discover art galleries, local boutiques, Wines in the Fork, and Leiper's Fork Distillery.

Take a scenic road to charming Franklin, Tennessee for a driving tour of downtown cemeteries, civil war historic sites, and 'America's Favorite Main Street'. Take time to appreciate the architecture, unique businesses, and historic monuments, then have a delicious lunch at a local favorite bakery or pub. Consider a tour at Carnton Plantation or Carter House to hear riveting stories of the 1864 Battle of Franklin. The the repurposed 1929 Factory at Franklin for unique goods or a sweet treat.
