ITINERARY

THURDAY 10/22/26

5:00 PM Invite the group to have cocktails in the W lobby starting any time after 5:00

6:30 PM Luogo (Tuscany Room) - we'll walk over at 6:15

FRIDAY 10/23/26

8:15 AM Group 1 walk to Milk & Honey for breakfast

9:30 AM Depart Milk and Honey, city walking tour with Jenny begins. Pass by or visit the following depending on timing: Union Station Hotel, The Frist (opens 10am), Hume Fogg HS, Grand Lodge of Tennessee, Barbershop Harmony Society, Dolly Imagination Library mural, history of former Tulane Hotel (current site of Federal Building), Polk Place, Tennessee State Capitol (self-guided tours or guided on the hour), The Hermitage Hotel, Nashville Public Library (opens 9am), Woolworth on 5th, The Arcade, Printer's Alley. Stop for restrooms or beverages whenever necessary. 

11:45 AM Group 2 depart W Hotel on foot

12:30 PM Groups 1 and 2 arrive at Sixty Vines - we have the room for up to 3 hours but won't need that much time 

2:00 PM Depart, walk to Ryman Auditorium, check in for guided tours at 2:15 and 2:30 Order #: 6043616

4:15 PM Coach 1 depart from Ryman Auditorium 4th Ave. entrance to shuttle some guests to W Hotel / Jenny will ride along (.9 mile if anyone chooses to walk), or some may walk to Category 10 for the 5:00 line dance lesson (pending there's no buy out)

5:30 PM Coach 1 depart W Hotel to Gannon's, Jenny will make sure guests load and depart for dinner, service with Jenny ends

6:30 PM Gannon's - we'll invite the group to come any time after 5:30 if they want to have cocktails at the bar. After dinner, option to walk to line dancing at Category 10 for "Line Dance All-Call" at 8:00 and 10:00 PM, free entry)

9:00 PM Coach 1 begin to shuttle some guests to W Hotel, may make 2 trips

9:30 PM Coach 1 end of service

SATURDAY 10/24/26

8:30 AM Group 1 depart W Hotel in Coach 2 with Jenny (make sure guests are dressed for walking and the outdoors)

9:00 AM Arrive at Cheekwood, coach will drop off on Forrest Park Drive near Percy Warner Golf Course and guests will walk to entrance, Amy will have SUV for guests who need to ride

9:30 Check in, Cheekwood Halloween Pooch Party, self-guided grounds and mansion tours, Perenn Cafe open for those interested in coffees, etc.

11:40 AM Group 1 meet at the main entrance to begin walking back to the coach

12:00 PM Group 1 depart Cheekwood

12:00 PM Group 2 depart W Hotel in Coach 3 with Paulette

12:30-1:30 PM Mere Bulles full group lunch

1:30 PM Groups 1 and 2 depart Mere Bulles in Coaches 2 and 3

2:00 PM Arrive Carter House, check in, guided tours begin, requesting Jeff the guide

4:15 PM Groups 1 and 2 Depart Carter House in Coaches 2 and 3, take the scenic route on Hillsboro Road, things to talk about: Battle of Nashville, Granny White, Radnor Lake, The Natchez Trace, Franklin Road (George Jones on his John Deere, Jim Reeves plane crash), Curtiswood Lane, Dolly's and Waylon's homes, The Bluebird Cafe, drive through 12 South and Music Row

5:15 PM Return to W Hotel for rest break

6:00 PM Groups 1 and 2 depart W Hotel in Coaches 2 and 3, end service with Jenny and Paulette

6:30 PM Arrivals at our home at 6:00-6:30 for dinner catered by Monell's

9:00-9:30 PM Groups 1 and 2 return to W Hotel in Coaches 2 and 3

SUNDAY

Breakfast is on their own and most will leave that day

TRANSPORTATION

Wise Coaches - 3 reserved 25 pax coaches with working microphones for guides
